Refund Policy – AS Bike Rental

At AS Bike Rental, we strive to provide a smooth rental experience. Refunds are allowed for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies (subject to approval). No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental time. Security deposits are refunded upon safe return of the bike in its original condition, after inspection. Any deductions for damages, late returns, or fuel shortages will be clearly communicated. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
